You can create the catalog of processes that shall be imported directly into Notion. Occasionally, it might be easier to collect this outside in a CSV file (using Excel, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice Spreadsheets), consolidating and removing duplicates, and then importing it into Notion.

From then all changes will be made directly in Notion and the spreadsheet(s) can be archived.

Steps for importing

1. Open Page You Want to Import Spreadsheet Into
2. Click the Import button at the bottom of the left-hand panel
3. Choose CSV from the Import Options screen
4. Pick the spreadsheet in the file chooser and click Open
5. The file’s content will appear as a table in the Notion page
