Currently the Import Status charts are not natively available in Notion, unfortunately. As a workaround for now, the status needs to be exported from Notion and pasted into a Google Sheet, and then this needs to be embedded into your Notion page.

The first activity is a regular task, while the latter is a one-time setup activity.

Update the charts in Google Sheets (regular activity)

The update of the charts is an export/import exercise.

  1. In Notion go to the Process Import Catalog and select "Export" from the "three dot" menu. In the popup, select "Markdown & CSV" and press Export.

  2. You will download a ZIP file that includes a CSV file. Open it in your local spreadsheet program.

  1. Copy the content of the CSV file into the Google Spreadsheet in the "Copy CSV data here" tab.

  1. Google Sheets will auto-populate all the charts on the "Charts" tab.

One-time effort to embed a Google Sheet on a Notion page (on-time activity)

The activities listed below need only to be done once to setup your dashboard in your Notion instance.
